Marius Neset is one of the most active figures on the current Scandinavian jazz scene. Our collaboration with the exceptional Norwegian musician at the German Jazz Festival 2022 has resulted in a friendship that cried out for a continuation! Now the creative saxophonist is coming back to Frankfurt with a new, longer composition that he has tailored specifically to the Frankfurt Radio Big Band.

Come along on a musical journey! Tom Peter, the hooting elephant, likes to make wild jazz. His schoolteacher does not like that at all, and so Tom Peter leaves to find new friends who want to make music together with him. On his way he meets the rumbling whale, the drumming penguin and the yodelling parrot. Can they convince the teacher together that jazz is awesome?
